"This resort is fantastic! This our first year at Antiqua but not our first year at Lake George. We switched to Antiqua this year and now wish we had done it years ago. The accommodations are great. I would call them housekeeping units as they have kitchens/kitchenettes which is nice to save money and not have to go out all the time. They have gas grills you can use. The views are fantastic. We already booked for next year! Highly recommended Antiqua for a quiet family get away with great views."

"We recently were invited to a wedding weekend at this resort. We had sooo much fun! The couple rented the entire resort for their guests, which made the trip extra special. The grounds were well managed. Picnic tables, gazebos, a nice little beach, playscape, a place for a campfire, etc. The rooms were well appointed with nice touches. Each room has a kitchenette with everything you need. It is very close to Lake George Village but is located in a residential neighborhood so it was very peaceful and quiet. The views were amazing and the owner went above and beyond to make sure all of the quests had what they needed, no matter how small! I would highly recommend this location especially for a wedding or family reunion but it is surely perfect for a couple or a family!"

"This is wonderful resort on the quiet side of Lake George! This is the second time we stayed here and again we enjoyed it. The first time Craig, the owner greeted us and he was very nice and this time we met Annie, who was just as accommodating. Annie showed us to our room which was so nice! Our suite, which had a great lake view on the bay side was perfect! It had two bedrooms with a living room, kitchen and an outdoor porch with a table for four and was very clean and well kept. They also have dock space, a beach and playground. I highly recommended staying here. "

"If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful resort, with breathe taking views and amazing sunsets, then Antiqua is your place! The grounds are peaceful and welcoming. The staff is/was friendly and accommodating. Easy drive to/from Lake George village and other site seeing features of the Adirondacks, such as; Fort Ticonderoga and the High peaks.
I am extremely sure you will love your stay at Antigua, just as much as I did!

“My fiancé and I LOVE this vacation spot. It is on the East side of the lake, and is a little slice of heaven. We’ve vacationed in Lake George the past five years and, after our 1st year at this resort, we haven’t considered staying anywhere else. Some of the amenities are perhaps a little outdated, but generally speaking the units provide you with pretty much everything you need to make your stay there comfortable and “at home”. the resort owners, Craig and Annie, continuously strive to improve (modernize) the resort. It is not a hotel or B&B, so you do need to bring food and other “personal luxuries” from home, but the kitchens are fully equipped, there are plenty of gas grills around the resort to use (some units even include a private grill) and accommodating and polite housekeepers provide towels and some toiletries The tranquility is so relaxing and the views from the eastern shore are amazing! It is far enough away from the hustle and bustle (and ultra touristy) Village of Lake George, yet close enough to the Village to “pop in” if you desire an ice cream or to dine out. We are staying here again this year (2016) and plan on continuing to patron this establishment for many years to come!!!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Antigua on Plum Point in Lake George, NY.
Our families have been going there over the last 40 years. The accommodations in the Bayside Suite was perfect for us full kitchen, two bedrooms one with a King Size bed and the 2nd to full beds, very clean. Annie greeted us, showed us the room, always says if you need anything check the office, which we did, they are very accommodating. The views are spectacular from all over the resort. Great for kids. We enjoyed the Bon Fire's! Close to the village, dinning but most of all quiet and relaxing! We will return!!”

“A perfect place for relaxing by the lake, swimming, sunning. Proprietors are helpful but unobtrusive. Kids have a great time, but also good for couples. Plenty of private sitting areas on the property. Cook in or go out. The unit is supplied with a vacuum and basic cleaning supplies as you are required to maintain the suites yourself during your stay. So nice to be away from the commercial area – it’s like going back in time to the simple joys of summer. Love it!”

“My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antigua resort. We had the Bayview room, which is comfortable and, as you might guess, has a lovely view of the bay. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning and spent plenty of time reading by the lake. There are canoes and rowboats, a lovely swimming area, and grills everyone can use. The kitchenette in the room is the best kitchenette I’ve seen in any hotel, with pots and pans, casserole dishes, and even coffee filters. even a campfire on the beach – plus, the Thursday night Lake George fireworks are visible (if a bit far off) from the resort. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the area can’t be beat. We had a great time and returned home feeling refreshed!”

“If you’re planning a trip to Lake George, this is definitely the place to stay. The grounds and facilities are fantastic with some of the best views. “My wife and I found this wonderful resort by chance and liked every minute of our stay. Annie welcomed us warmly and showed us to our unit with completely equipped kitchen. It came with a balcony on one side and a window on the other side; both overlooking beautiful Lake George. We enjoyed walking around in the rather large and well kept resort park and along the shore line and enjoyed quiet and beautiful moments in the gazebo right on the lake shore. My husband and I stayed in the Plum suite in May of 2013. We had a wonderful time. The Antigua was exactly what we wanted. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The views are amazing. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We definitely plan to stay here again as soon as we can!
