Policies

  • Rates are quoted for up to 4 persons in each 2 bedroom suite
  • Rates are quoted for 2 adults and 1 child (up to 12 yrs old) for Unit 1, Fountain Room, Bay View, and Captains Quarters suites.
  • Additional overnight persons are $40per night (maximum 2) ($200 weekly)
  • Day visitors are $25 per adult, $10 per car and $10 per child ( Day Visitors are only allowed for registered guests)
  • Sorry no pets are allowed
  • All two bedroom suites are weekly only from June 28th thru August 24th (Sat to Sat).
  • There is a 3 night minimum for all suites.
  • Facilities are limited to paying guests.
  • One car per unit and suite. Second car is $10 per day. Third car is not allowed.

Weekly Schedule

June 28th to August 30th: Saturday to Saturday

Boat docking for your boat up to 21 feet in length or wave runners is $70 per day or $300 weekly Boats 22-24 feet is $80 per day or $350 weekly. Advance reservations must be made for all docking. Trailers for boats and wave runners 18′ or less stored here free of charge. Larger trailers may be stored at launch site or at Cleverdale Store for a nominal fee. No charge for your watercraft which does not require docking (canoes, kayaks, small inflatables).

RESERVATIONS Require one third Deposit or one day (whichever is greater). An additional one third deposit is due by May 1st, The remaining balance is due at check in. WEEKLY RENTALS INCLUDE TAXES AND CLEANING FEES. NIGHTLY RENTALS ARE PLUS 4% BED TAX AND 8% CLEANING FEE. Cash (preferred) or credit card (Master card, Visa, American Express or Discover) upon arrival. Personal checks are only accepted for deposits made prior to 30 days before your stay.

DEPOSITS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF WHEN RESERVATION IS MADE

  • Full refunds of the deposit amount will be cheerfully refunded less 20% handling charge anytime prior to 45 days of arrival date for weekly rentals, 14 days for daily rentals. No refunds will be given anytime within 45 days of arrival date for weekly rentals and 14 days for daily rentals.
  • No refunds for early departure or late arrival.
  • No refunds will be given for holidays, , Americade or the car show.
  • No refunds will be given for groups or family reunions renting 4 units or more.

NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Suites are cleaned prior to your arrival. It is expected that guests maintain their suite during their stay. All suites are supplied with basic cleaning supplies. All weekly rentals include towel swap and supply service on Monday, and Wednesday, between the hours of 9 and 11 am. Daily rentals include daily towel swap and supply service between the hours of 9 and 11 AM every other day. Pack and plays are available free.

One vehicle per suite. Second car $10 per day (third car not allowed).
